Leadership
Kevin Cigolini is the Founder and Principal of Oak & Hudson. He leads the firm’s investment activities and oversees its strategy, acquisitions and portfolio operations.
Kevin has more than a decade of experience investing in Northern New Jersey residential real estate. Since completing his first acquisition in 2012, he has built a portfolio of condominium holdings across Hudson and Bergen counties. In 2020, he established Oak and Hudson Real Estate LLC to formalize the firm’s operations.
At Oak & Hudson, Kevin is responsible for deal origination, underwriting, capital structuring and portfolio management, and serves as the principal point of contact for property owners, brokers and agents.
Kevin is based in New Jersey.
